ShazzleMail

ShazzleMail is a free smartphone (iOS and Android) application that allows you to send private email to anyone in your contacts list. You can also use ShazzleMail on your laptop or desktop with an email client that supports POP/SMTP interface, including Microsoft Outlook.

Learn more here.

ShazzleMail turns your smartphone into a mail server by creating a direct e-connection from sender to receiver, bypassing outside hosts and cloud services to insure that your communications are always private and secure.

Shazzle to Shazzle (inside of network):

ShazzleMail sender creates a message with a ShazzleMail recipient. The ShazzleMail service finds the internet location of the recipient and establishes an instant private network through a direct connection between the parties.

Shazzle to any other email provider
(out side of network):

ShazzleMail sender may create a message for a recipient not in the ShazzleMail network. The ShazzleMail service sends them a web notification e-mail with a link. The recipient only needs to click the link to establish a direct connection with the Sender and receive the email.

ShazzleMail sends all communications over a secure line, and keeps your email on your local storage device and not in some third party cloud.
