If you are experiencing problems with your ShazzleMail account, please follow the steps below.

1. Select ‘Send Report’ from the ShazzleMail application that is on your phone and/or tablet. Please also select ‘Send Report’ if you are using the ShazzleMail email client (found in the upper right hand corner) or ShazzleMail Connect (found under the Contact Us tab). This will help us to start troubleshooting your issue. Continue to number two below.
